Young Children in Trelas

If you are holidaying here with youngsters, we hope you will find Trelas to be a child-friendly home. The following are provided:

• A high chair
• A travel cot
• A stair gate
• A safe, enclosed outdoor area

High Chair

You will find the high chair stored either in the cupboard under the stairs in the kitchen or in the kitchen benchseat facing the patio doors.

Travel Cot

You will find a travel cot in the wardrobe in bedroom two. Feel free to relocate the travel cot to wherever is most convenient for you.

Stair Gate

To keep young children safe when the family is spending time in the lounge, a stair gate is provided and fitted to the top of the stairs that descend to the kitchen. You may wish to close the door in the corridor so that youngsters are not able to wander up the stairs that lead to bedroom two and the top floor.

To operate the gate, press down on the button whilst drawing out the rolled fabric, hook the end into the retaining clips on the opposite wall, and then rotate the button to make the fabric tight.

Outdoor area

The decking provides an enclosed outdoor area within which children can play safely. It may be accessed through the patio door. There are two gates on the decking, both of which have bolts fitted to their outside. In addition, the gate at the bottom of the steps beside the house has a lock which can be operated from either side.
