Windows and BlindsΒΆ

All of the roof windows and blinds in Trelas are electrically operated.

Warning

Do not under any circumstances attempt to open or close manually any of the roof windows or blinds. They are designed to be opened electrically using the supplied controllers. Any attempt to operate these windows or blinds manually will most likely result in damage.

In the rooms that contain these windows and blinds you will find a controller on the wall like the following:

You can operate any of the windows and blinds throughout the whole house from any controller. You will do this by tapping icons/buttons on the screen to select the window or blind that you wish to operate, and then by dragging the slider or tapping the bar in the display to activate that window or blind.

When you wish to open/close a window or blind you must first select the window(s) or blind(s) on the controller. The window or blind that will be operated by the on-screen controls is shown in the middle of the display.

The products are named according to the room where they are located, so if you wish to operate the windows in the lounge, for example, you must first swipe the icon shown on the screen until ‘Lounge windows’ is indicated. In the case of bedrooms, these are numbered from one to four with the bedroom on the top floor being number one and the bedroom next to the lounge being number four.

The windows in bedrooms three and four feature integral electrically-operated blinds. To open and close the blinds, repeatedly swipe the icon on the display until ‘Bedroom 3 blinds’ (for example) is shown.

Refer to the diagrams below for operation of the windows and blinds.

Note

The windows have in-built rain sensors and will close in the event of rain.

The windows in Trelas are cleaned once per month. If, during your stay, you are visited with a man with an extendible pole and a brush, do not be alarmed!
